# Missing password reset email

After initiating a password reset, check the spam folder if no email arrives within 15 minutes. The message is titled "Password Recovery" and sent from [support@gcore.com](mailto:support@gcore.com).

If the email is not in the spam folder, initiate a [new reset](https://auth.gcore.com/login/forgot-password).

If there is still no email, contact us.
