# Connectivity

Gcore offers connectivity services for Colocation customers who need internet access or private networking between sites. Each service is billed separately from rack space and power, and availability varies by location.

## Direct Internet Access

Direct Internet Access provides internet connectivity without requiring the customer to have their own Autonomous System Number (ASN): Gcore assigns the IP addresses and handles the routing. It's billed at a committed data rate; Gcore measures traffic using the 95th percentile method and charges port usage separately based on port speed.

It suits customers who don't manage their own ASN and want straightforward internet access alongside rack space.

## Cross-connects

For customers who need a direct connection to a carrier, internet exchange, or another tenant in the same facility, a cross-connect provides a dedicated physical cable between the two parties. It's billed as a one-time installation fee plus a monthly charge.

## Leased lines

Where a cross-connect links parties in the same building, a leased line extends that connection between two separate locations with a guaranteed fixed bandwidth. It's billed monthly based on bandwidth, distance, and service type.
