# Manage sellers

> Invite a seller, update the seller, sign in as that seller, and delete the seller.

A seller accepts the invitation before signing in from the sign-in page.

## Add a seller

The email and the name go out with the invitation. The phone can stay empty.

    Navigate to **General** > **Identity and Access** > **Sellers** and click **Create Seller**.

  <Step title="Seller details">
    Enter the email and the seller name. **Phone (Optional)** can stay empty.

    Click **Send invite**.

The seller appears in the list with status **Not activated**. The invite date appears below the status. **Blocked** reads **false**. The seller creates a password from the invitation and finishes registration. This page does not set the password.

## Change the seller

Open the three-dot menu on the row.

**Resend invite** sends the invitation again while the status is **Not activated**.

**Edit** changes the email, the seller name, and the phone. Click **Submit** to save the changes.

## Sign in as the seller

In **Actions**, rest on the arrow. It is labeled **Log in**. That opens the Admin Portal as that seller, before the seller has accepted the invitation. No password is required.

On the sign-in page, **Forgot password?** sends a reset link to the email entered there. The row menu does not contain **Reset password** while the seller is **Not activated**.

## Delete a seller

In the row menu, click **Delete**.

<Warning>
  Clients assigned to this seller are left without a seller.
</Warning>

Click **Delete**. The seller is removed from the list.
