# Become a Gcore reseller

A Gcore reseller resells Gcore cloud and edge products under its own brand, billing, and customer relationships. Becoming one is a business approval process rather than a self-service signup, because Gcore reviews the company and its planned use of the products before granting access to the [Gcore Customer Portal](https://portal.gcore.com) and the reseller Admin Portal.

This process differs from the reseller discount for Gcore Dedicated Servers and Virtual Servers, which uses a shorter [hosting request](/hosting/become-reseller-and-resell-our-services) instead of a full onboarding review.

## Reseller onboarding stages

Onboarding moves through three stages before account access is granted.

1. A company contacts Gcore sales or an account manager and provides company details, the products it plans to resell, and expected customer volume.
2. Compliance reviews the company through a know your customer (KYC) check and, where a trial period is requested, confirms the trial terms, and the company signs a non-disclosure agreement and a reseller agreement.
3. Gcore creates the reseller account, provisions branding and initial product access, and sends the account credentials together with a reseller ID.

## Trial and full reseller accounts

The reseller agreement can start with a trial period or move directly to a full account, depending on the company's needs.

A trial account runs for up to one month and requires the same compliance approval as a full account, because the review does not change based on account duration. Gcore contacts the company before the trial ends to confirm whether to sign the reseller agreement or close the account.

An account with no response by the end of the trial is suspended after a final notice, and it reactivates once the reseller agreement is signed.

## Account setup and product access

Gcore completes account setup once the reseller agreement is signed and compliance has cleared the company.

Setup includes creating the reseller account, enabling the products discussed with the account manager, and configuring branding for the Customer Portal that the company's own customers will use. Gcore then sends account credentials, a reseller ID, and a link to [getting started](/reseller-support/getting-started), which covers the first login and initial account setup in the Admin Portal.
