# Storage management
> Manage Gcore Storage product activation, trial settings, and transition to deleted status for customer accounts.
The Storage product management page in the Admin Portal controls a customer's product activation, trial period settings, and status.
Opening this page starts from the customer's account settings:
Find the customer.
Click the customer's ID, or click **Edit** in the Actions column.
## Activate product
Select the **Activate product** checkbox to let the customer use Storage.
Clearing the **Activate product** checkbox may suspend active resources.
Clearing the checkbox instead shows the customer an activation request form.
## Trial settings
The **Trial settings** panel controls the trial period:
* The **Days limit** field sets how many days the trial lasts.
* The **Trial storage volume** field sets the storage limit during the trial, in GB.
The **Start day** and **End day** fields show the computed trial period and aren't editable directly.
On the **Dashboard** page, customers see how many Storage trial days remain.
## Transition to deleted status
The **Paused to Deleted** and **TrialEnd to Deleted** fields set how many days pass before the Storage product status switches to Deleted from each state; reaching Deleted status removes all of the customer's resources and files in Storage. The **Deleted status date** field shows when this happened and isn't editable directly.
