Onboarding checklist
Before submitting a BYOIP request, prepare the following:- A Letter of Authorization (LOA) permitting Gcore to announce the IP prefix
- A Route Object registered in an Internet Routing Registry (IRR) with the appropriate Regional Internet Registry (RIR)
- A valid RPKI ROA authorizing route announcements
- The CIDR prefix of the IP range to announce
ASN options
IP prefixes can be announced using either:- Gcore ASN — Gcore announces the prefixes on the customer’s behalf
- Customer ASN (BYOASN) — Retains control over route announcements
